OMG, MK lesson 3#14!!! Any negative thoughts (fear) constrict the Solar Plexus, making it harder for conscious thoughts and desires to transmute to the subconscious and become reality.

Those negative thoughts and self image have literally been cutting off the flow of the everything positive to Subby and keeping me in down!
